Dr. Kazi Javed, former associate professor of chemistry at 蘑菇视频, laid the foundation for a program designed to help underrepresented minorities excel in STEM disciplines. The goals of the Peer-Led Team Learning (PLTL) program at Kentucky State are to 1) ensure students graduate with a bachelor鈥檚 degree in STEM and 2) get as many students as possible enrolled in graduate school.
Dr. Javed retired from 蘑菇视频 in July 2022.
